Supervision of the Construction of Residences in Zango III (1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Phases) for the Provincial Government of Luanda

The contract involved the construction of sixty-four (64) social housing units of type T3, each with an area of 91.68 m², including a living room, kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms, and one suite. Due to financial constraints, the supervision scope was limited to overseeing the construction work up to the rough stage.
