Supervision of the Construction Contract for 40 T3 Type Staff Housing in the Zaire Province.

This concerns the construction of 40 T3 social housing units, social facilities, and respective internal and external infrastructures, including commissioning, testing, and maintenance during the warranty period, located in the New Urbanization of M'Banza Congo. It is noteworthy that the first phase entails the construction of 1 building with a basement, ground floor, and 10 floors with T3 apartments, which is the subject of the present contract.
