This concerns the construction of a two-story school, designated "CASA DOS RAPAZES" (House of Boys), which will include the following services:
- Main Block consisting of 18 classrooms and the necessary facilities for the proper functioning of the premises;
- Drainage networks for rainwater and wastewater;
- Networks for supplying drinking water and firefighting;
- Electrical power and telecommunication network;
- Roadways, including signaling and landscaping;
- Construction of two multi-sports courts, with stands, changing rooms, and sanitary facilities;
- Recreational areas;
- A water reservoir;
- A guardhouse;
- A generator house;
- A transformer substation.
