Description
The project comprises: VIP Marina, tourist marina, port and fishing area,
including a market and restaurant for residents.
3 large restaurants, terraces and green fields with access to the beach, sports
fields and running track, skate park, water park, open-air amphitheater, open-
air artistic gallery, hotels and resorts, kiosks and markets, bungalows next to
the beach, cycling trail, circulation for vehicles and pedestrians, parking lots.
